Her career began in 2015 when she founded Vintage Mix LLC, an entertainment company where she performed professionally as a singer and learned firsthand what it takes to lead, communicate, and build meaningful experiences. Driven by a passion for connecting with people, she pursued a Bachelor of Communication from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater, earning certificates in Event Planning and Communication Competence.
Kelsey expanded her expertise in talent acquisition through roles at Generac Power Systems, first supporting Manufacturing Operations and later Corporate Business recruiting. These experiences strengthened her ability to navigate complex hiring needs, support cross-functional teams, and create streamlined, human-focused hiring processes. Today, Kelsey serves as a recruiter at GMR Marketing, where she brings professionalism, empathy, and strategic insight to every search.
